1. The Contest is subjected to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. The Contest is organised by Premium United Foods (216197-D) [“
the Organiser”] and is open to residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years old and above at the Contest start date [each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”] with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia. A copy of personal identification / MyKad may be required to be forwarded to The Organiser upon prize collection.
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: [a] Employees of the Organiser [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)]; and/or [b] Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including their affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Contest Terms and Conditions.
3. This contest will commence from 1st October 2020 to 30th November 2020 at 11.59PM (Malaysian Time). The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest period, contest mechanics and prizes at any time. All entries received outside the contest period will be disqualified.
4. Each entry must be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase made during the Contest Period at any participating chains/ outlets. Participant may send more than ONE (1) entry. Each proof of Purchase can only be used once. The Participant entries will be disqualified if the same Proof of Purchase is used for more than ONE (1) time.

Each valid and complete entry must contain the following information:
1. Fill in the particulars: Full Name, MyKad number, Contact, State & Chain name at the e-form.
2. Take a clear photo of the Proof of Purchase and keep the Proof of Purchase;
3. Attach & upload a photo of your Proof of Purchase along with your entry at the e-form. Then submit.
5. Each participant may submit multiple entries but each receipt must show any products purchased from Mayora, namely brand names listed: Kopiko coffee, Kopiko candy, Roma, Slai O Lai, Coffee Joy, Wonder Wheat, Choki Choki, Cal Cheese wafer, Sando wafer, Roma Wafello wafer, Danisa, Superstar, Tamarin Candy, Astor Wafer Roll, Teh Pucuk Harum, Q-Guava, Cool Time worth at minimum of RM10 and above.

Prizes & Redemption
• Total prizes of grand prize and consolation prize is two hundred fifty six (256) units.
o Total of two (2) Grand Prizes – one (1) unit of Perodua Axia for Peninsular Malaysia and one (1) unit of Perodua Axia for Sabah / Sarawak (exclude insurance, registration fees and road tax).
o Total of two hundred fifty four (254) Consolation Prizes to be won. Each consolation prizes winner shall have a chance to win one (1) unit of selected Tefal cookware or Tefal kitchen appliances.
• Exclusive prize: Total of six thousand one hundred (6,100) units of Touch ‘n Go e-reload pin to be won by consumer who made purchases at these seven Exclusive Retail Partners namely AEON, TF VALUE, TESCO, FAMILY STORE MELAKA, TUNAS MANJA GROUP, BATARAS GROUP SABAH and FARLEY GROUP SARAWAK. Each Retail Partner E- Credit Touch ‘n Go unit may have different value for this contest subject to discussion between The Organiser and Retailer Partner

Winners’ Selection
• Participants’ entries will be drawn from the system from Dec 2020 – Jan 2021. The Organizers reserves the right to postpone the date and places for Prizes redemption that has been determined to a later date in the event of any unforseen circumstances.
Judging Details
• As part of the winner’s selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each entry received and approved by the Organiser to be a successful entry throughout the Promotion Period according to the Purchase Of Proof submitted [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.

Grand Prize- Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entries will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”] divided with Number (22). Assuming that the Total Qualified Entries for the contest is 5000, the Organizer will compute and select the finalists [“Finalist”] to win the prizes based on the following:
• Selection of Grand Prize Finalists: 5000 ÷ 22 =227.2 Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227.

Consolation Prize: Selection of two hundred fifty-four [254] Consolation Prize Finalists: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2. Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227. The following Participants with Qualified Entries of the month bearing the following serial numbers will be selected 227*, 454*, 681*, 908, 1135 and so forth. [*computation example: 227, 227+227=454, 454+227=681].

Exclusive E- Credit Touch ‘n Go : from the 7 exclusive retailer chain, winners will be selected according to the participated outlet. Selection of the finalist will be: 5000 ÷ 22 =227.2 Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227 (*Different serial number will be given for this criteria)
8. The selected winners will be contacted by the Organizer based on the contact information supplied during their entry submission process. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winner[s] cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. All prizes must be claimed within two [2] months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner[s].
9. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The Prizes are non-transferable and all Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit and other items or voucher in part or in full.
10. By participating, Participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decision of the Organiser which is final. The use of the prizes provided by third parties shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the third party. The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever in relation to the prizes provided by the third parties.
11. Winners and/or their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Contest, Event, redemption and/or utilisation of the Prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.
12. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the Prizes Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice, if required for the smooth running of the contest. The judges’ decision is final with respect to any aspect of the Contest, including without limitation, the termination of the winners and no correspondences thereafter will be entertained.
13. By participating, all Participants consent to give their personal information. The Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purpose of publicity and advertising without further compensation and notice. This Personal Data Notice describes Premium United Foods are committed to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal data supplied by Participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). Participants signify their acceptance to the collection and processing of their personal data and are fully aware of the choices available to decline access or limit Organiser’s access to their personal data. Organiser will not be able to provide Participants with products and services if access is limited or decline in providing their personal data.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the participation of any person who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general terms and conditions and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this Contest.
16. Pictures of prizes shown on the Contest communication material are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item.
17. Should there be terms and conditions that conflict or inconsistency between the Bahasa Melayu version and English version, English version will be used as official reference.
