1. The Contest is subjected to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. The Contest is organised by Premium United Foods (216197-D) [“the Organiser”] and is open to residents of Malaysia who are at least 18 years old and above at the Contest start date [each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”] with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia. A copy of personal identification / MyKad may be required to be forwarded to The Organiser upon prize collection.
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: [a] Employees of the Organiser [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)]; and/or [b] Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including their affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [spouse, children, parents, siblings (and their spouses)]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to exclude and/or disqualify Participants who do not fall within the category of Participants and/or who are in breach of the Contest Terms and Conditions.
3. This contest will commence from 1st October 2020 to 30th November 2020 at 11.59PM (Malaysian Time). The Organiser reserves the right to amend the contest period, contest mechanics and prizes at any time. All entries received outside the contest period will be disqualified.
4. Each entry must be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase made during the Contest Period at any participating chains/ outlets. Participant may send more than ONE (1) entry. Each proof of Purchase can only be used once. The Participant entries will be disqualified if the same Proof of Purchase is used for more than ONE (1) time.

I. Each valid and complete entry must contain the following information:
1. Fill in the particulars: Full Name, MyKad number, Contact, State & Chain name at the e-form.
2. Take a clear photo of the Proof of Purchase and keep the Proof of Purchase;
3. Attach & upload a photo of your Proof of Purchase along with your entry at the e-form. Then submit.
5. Each participant may submit multiple entries but each receipt must show any products purchased from Mayora, namely brand names listed: Kopiko coffee, Kopiko candy, Roma, Slai O Lai, Coffee Joy, Wonder Wheat, Choki Choki, Cal Cheese wafer, Sando wafer, Roma Wafello wafer, Danisa, Superstar, Tamarin Candy, Astor Wafer Roll, Teh Pucuk Harum, Q-Guava, Cool Time worth at minimum of RM10 and above.
6. Prizes & Redemption
• Total prizes of grand prize and consolation prize is two hundred fifty six (256) units.
o Total of two (2) Grand Prizes – one (1) unit of Perodua Axia for Peninsular Malaysia and one (1) unit of Perodua Axia for Sabah / Sarawak (exclude insurance, registration fees and road tax).
o Total of two hundred fifty four (254) Consolation Prizes to be won. Each consolation prizes winner shall have a chance to win one (1) unit of selected Tefal cookware or Tefal kitchen appliances.
• Exclusive prize: Total of six thousand one hundred (6,100) units of Touch ‘n Go e-reload pin to be won by consumer who made purchases at these seven Exclusive Retail Partners namely AEON, TF VALUE, TESCO, FAMILY STORE MELAKA, TUNAS MANJA GROUP, BATARAS GROUP SABAH and FARLEY GROUP SARAWAK. Each Retail Partner E- Credit Touch ‘n Go unit may have different value for this contest subject to discussion between The Organiser and Retailer Partner
7. Winners’ Selection
• Participants’ entries will be drawn from the system from Dec 2020 – Jan 2021. The Organizers reserves the right to postpone the date and places for Prizes redemption that has been determined to a later date in the event of any unforseen circumstances.
Judging Details
• As part of the winner’s selection process, the Organiser will allocate serial numbers for each entry received and approved by the Organiser to be a successful entry throughout the Promotion Period according to the Purchase Of Proof submitted [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”]. A set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”.
• Grand Prize- Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entries will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries [“Total Qualified Entries”] divided with Number (22). Assuming that the Total Qualified Entries for the contest is 5000, the Organizer will compute and select the finalists [“Finalist”] to win the prizes based on the following:
• Selection of Grand Prize Finalists: 5000 ÷ 22 =227.2 Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227.
• Consolation Prize: Selection of two hundred fifty-four [254] Consolation Prize Finalists: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2. Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227. The following Participants with Qualified Entries of the month bearing the following serial numbers will be selected 227*, 454*, 681*, 908, 1135 and so forth. [*computation example: 227, 227+227=454, 454+227=681].
• Exclusive E- Credit Touch ‘n Go : from the 7 exclusive retailer chain, winners will be selected according to the participated outlet. Selection of the finalist will be: 5000 ÷ 22 =227.2 Since dividing 5000 with 22 will result in a number with decimal value, the number 227.2 will be rounded down to 227 (*Different serial number will be given for this criteria)
8. The selected winners will be contacted by the Organizer based on the contact information supplied during their entry submission process. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winner[s] cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. All prizes must be claimed within two [2] months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winner[s].
9. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The Prizes are non-transferable and all Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit and other items or voucher in part or in full.
10. By participating, Participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decision of the Organiser which is final. The use of the prizes provided by third parties shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the third party. The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever in relation to the prizes provided by the third parties.
11. Winners and/or their heirs shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Contest, Event, redemption and/or utilisation of the Prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.
12. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the Prizes Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice, if required for the smooth running of the contest. The judges’ decision is final with respect to any aspect of the Contest, including without limitation, the termination of the winners and no correspondences thereafter will be entertained.
13. By participating, all Participants consent to give their personal information. The Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purpose of publicity and advertising without further compensation and notice. This Personal Data Notice describes Premium United Foods are committed to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of the personal data supplied by Participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). Participants signify their acceptance to the collection and processing of their personal data and are fully aware of the choices available to decline access or limit Organiser’s access to their personal data. Organiser will not be able to provide Participants with products and services if access is limited or decline in providing their personal data.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser.
15. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the participation of any person who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general terms and conditions and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this Contest.
16. Pictures of prizes shown on the Contest communication material are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual item.

Terma & Syarat – Beli Banyak, Keluarga Bahagia
1. Peraduan ini tertakluk kepada Peraturan Rasmi ini kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh Premium United Foods (216197-D) ["Penganjur"] dan terbuka kepada penduduk Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas pada tarikh permulaan Peraduan [secara kolektif, "Peserta"] dengan MyKad dan alamat yang sah di Malaysia. Satu salinan pengenalan / MyKad mungkin dikehendaki oleh Pihak Penganjur semasa tuntutan hadiah.
2. Peserta berikut tidak layak menyertai Peraduan: [a] Pekerja Penganjur [termasuk syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan] dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [pasangan, anak-anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik (dan pasangan mereka)]; dan / atau [b] Wakil, pekerja, pekhidmat dan / atau ejen pengiklanan dan / atau penyedia perkhidmatan promosi Penganjur [termasuk syarikat gabungan dan yang berkaitan], dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, pasangan mereka)]. Penganjur berhak untuk mengecualikan dan / atau membatalkan penyertaan Peserta yang tidak termasuk dalam kategori Peserta dan / atau yang melanggar Terma dan Syarat Peraduan.
3. Peraduan ini akan bermula 1 Oktober 2020 sehingga 30 November 2020 jam 11.59pm (Waktu Malaysia). Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk meminda tempoh peraduan, mekanisma peraduan dan hadiah pada bila-bila masa. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar tempoh peraduan akan hilang kelayakan.
4. Setiap penyertaan perlu disertakan dengan satu Bukti Pembelian yang dibuat dalam Tempoh Peraduan di mana-mana pasar raya yang mengambil bahagian. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih dari SATU (1) penyertaan. Setiap SATU (1) Bukti Pembelian hanya boleh digunakan sekali sahaja. Penyertaan Peraduan akan dibatalkan jika Bukti Pembelian yang sama digunakan lebih dari SATU (1) kali.

I. Setiap penyertaan yang lengkap hendaklah mengandungi maklumat yang berikut:
1. Lengkapkan maklumat: Nama penuh, nombor MyKad, Nombor Telefon, Negeri & Nama Pasar raya di e-borang.
2. Ambil gambar Bukti Pembelian dengan jelas dan simpan Bukti Pembelian tersebut;
3. Hantarkan gambar Bukti Pembelian bersama maklumat penyertaan yang lengkap di e-borang. Tekan butang ‘Hantar’ untuk menghantar penyertaan anda.
5. Setiap peserta boleh mengemukakan lebih dari SATU penyertaan tetapi setiap resit (baru) mesti menunjukkan produk Mayora yang dibeli, iaitu jenama yang tersenarai: Kopiko coffee, Kopiko candy, Roma, Slai O Lai, Coffee Joy, Wonder Wheat, Choki Choki, Cal Cheese wafer, Sando wafer, Roma Wafello wafer, Danisa, Superstar, Tamarin Candy, Astor Wafer Roll, Teh Pucuk Harum, G-Quava, Cool Time bernilai RM10 dan ke atas
6. Hadiah & Penebusan
• Sejumlah dua ratus lima puluh enam (256) unit Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Saguhati untuk dimenangi.
o Hadiah utama berjumlah dua (2) unit iaitu – satu (1) unit Perodua Axia untuk Semenanjung Malaysia dan satu (1) unit Perodua Axia untuk Sabah / Sarawak (tidak termasuk insuran, fi pendaftaran dan cukai jalan)
o Terdapat sejumlah dua ratus lima puluh empat (254) Hadiah Saguhati untuk dimenangi di sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap pemenang hadiah saguhati akan berpeluang untuk memenangi satu (1) unit alat memasak Tefal atau perkakas dapur Tefal.
• Hadiah eksklusif: Sejumlah enam ribu seratus (6,100) unit Touch ‘n Go e-load pin untuk dimenangi di sepanjang tempoh peraduan. 7. Pemilihan Pemenang
• Pemenang peraduan akan dipilih mulai Dis 2020 – Jan 2021. Penganjur berhak untuk menangguhkan tarikh dan menukar tempat bagi menuntut Hadiah yang telah ditentukan sebelum penebusan Hadiah pada tarikh dan tempat yang lain yang akan dimaklumkan oleh Penganjur kepada pemenang sekiranya berlaku apa-apa keadaan yang di luar jangkaan.
Kriteria Pengadilan
• Sebagai sebahagian daripada proses pemilihan pemenang, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan nombor siri untuk setiap penyertaan yang diterima dan disetujui oleh Penganjur untuk menjadi penyertaan yang berjaya sepanjang Tempoh Promosi mengikut Pembelian Bukti yang diserahkan [masing-masing adalah "Penyertaan Layak" dan secara kolektif "Penyertaan Layak"]. Satu set nombor siri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan yang layak bermula dari nombor siri “1”.
• Hadiah Utama- Nombor siri yang diperuntukkan untuk setiap Penyertaan Layak akan ditabulasi dan dicampur sehingga memperolehi jumlah keseluruhan Penyertaan Layak ["Jumlah Penyertaan Layak "] dibahagi dengan Nombor (22). Dengan mengandaikan bahawa Jumlah Penyertaan yang Layak untuk peraduan adalah 5000, Penganjur akan menghitung dan memilih finalis ["Finalis"] untuk memenangi hadiah berdasarkan yang berikut:
• Pemilihan Finalis Hadiah Utama: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2 Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan menjadi 227.
• Hadiah Saguhati: Pemilihan dua ratus lima puluh empat [254] Finalis Hadiah Saguhati: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2. Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan menjadi 227. Peserta berikut dengan Penyertaan Layak yang mempunyai nombor siri berikut akan dipilih 227 *, 454 *, 681 *, 908, 1135 dan sebagainya. [* contoh pengiraan: 227, 227 + 227 = 454, 454 + 227 = 681].
• E-Kredit Touch ‘n Go Eksklusif- dari 7 rangkaian peruncit eksklusif, pemenang akan dipilih mengikut peruncit eksklusif yang mengambil bahagian seperti yang tertera di Klausa 6. Pemilihan finalis adalah: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2 Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan ke 227 (* Nombor siri yang berbeza akan diberikan untuk kriteria ini)
8. Pihak Penganjur akan menghubungi Peserta Terpilih melalui maklumat yang diterima semasa proses penghantaran penyertaan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh dua (2) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya notifikasi tidak dihantar atau lewat semasa penghantaran pos kepada pemenang.
9. Pihak Penganjur berhak di atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana Hadiah dengan nilai yang sama, pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan semua Hadiah diberikan secara "seperti yang sedia ada" dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, kredit dan barang atau baucer lain sebahagian atau sepenuhnya.
10. Dengan menyertai, Peserta bersetuju mematuhi peraturan (terma dan syarat) ini dan memahami bahawa keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Penggunaan hadiah yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga akan ditadbir oleh terma dan syarat pihak ketiga. Penganjur tidak akan memikul sebarang liabiliti berhubungan dengan hadiah yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga.
11. Pemenang dan / atau ahli waris mereka akan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika terdapat sebarang liabiliti, kecelakaan, kecederaan, kerosakan, tuntutan atau kemalangan [termasuk kematian] akibat penyertaan mereka dalam Peraduan ini, semasa penebusan dan / atau penggunaan Hadiah dan bersetuju untuk melepaskan Penganjur dari sebarang liabiliti.
12. Pihak Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengkaji semula dan mengubah proses pemilihan Pemenang yang terkandung di sini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu, jika diperlukan. Keputusan hakim adalah muktamad berkenaan dengan mana-mana aspek Peraduan, termasuk tanpa batasan, pembatalan pemenang dan tidak ada surat-menyurat selepas itu akan dilayan.
13. Dengan menyertai, semua Peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka. Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama dan / atau gambar pemenang untuk tujuan publisiti dan pengiklanan tanpa pampasan dan notis selanjutnya. Notis Data Peribadi ini menggambarkan Premium United Foods komited untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan, keselamatan dan integriti data peribadi yang dibekalkan oleh Peserta selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ("PDPA"). Peserta menandakan penerimaan mereka terhadap pengumpulan dan pemprosesan data peribadi mereka dan menyedari sepenuhnya pilihan yang tersedia untuk menolak akses atau menghadkan akses Penganjur kepada data peribadi mereka. Penganjur tidak akan dapat menyediakan Peserta dengan produk dan perkhidmatan jika akses terhad atau ditolak dalam memberikan data peribadi mereka.
14. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk mengubahsuai, menggantung atau membatalkan Peraduan ini sekiranya ia tidak dapat berjalan seperti yang dirancang, gangguan teknikal atau rosak, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada jangkitan oleh virus komputer, pepijat, gangguan, campur tangan yang tidak dibenarkan, penipuan, kegagalan teknikal, atau sebarang sebab lain di luar kawalan Penganjur.
15. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk membatalkan penyertaan mana-mana peserta yang secara munasabahnya disyaki telah melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat umum ini. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap mana-mana individu yang dipercayai telah melakukan aktiviti penipuan atau aktiviti-aktiviti lain yang menjejaskan perjalanan Peraduan ini.
16. Gambar-gambar hadiah yang ditunjukkan dalam bahan komunikasi Peraduan hanya untuk tujuan ilustrasi dan mungkin berbeza dari hadiah sebenar.
17. Sekiranya terdapat terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang bercanggah atau tidak konsisten antara versi Bahasa Melayu dan versi Bahasa Inggeris, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan sebagai rujukan rasmi.
18. Sekiranya terdapat terma dan syarat yang bercanggah atau tidak konsisten di antara media cetak dan versi atas talian, maka versi atas talian www.peraduanpuf.com.my/peraduanbelibanyak akan digunakan sebagai rujukan rasmi.
19. Peserta adalah dinasihatkan untuk melayari laman web peraduan rasmi Penganjur di www.peraduanpuf.com.my/peraduanbelibanyak dari semasa ke semasa untuk memastikan Peserta mengetahui sebarang kemas kini dan perubahan yang dibuat.
2. Peserta berikut tidak layak menyertai Peraduan: [a] Pekerja Penganjur [termasuk syarikat-syarikat yang berkaitan] dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [pasangan, anak-anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik (dan pasangan mereka)]; dan / atau [b] Wakil, pekerja, pekhidmat dan / atau ejen pengiklanan dan / atau penyedia perkhidmatan promosi Penganjur [termasuk syarikat gabungan dan yang berkaitan], dan ahli keluarga terdekat mereka [pasangan, anak, ibu bapa, pasangan mereka)]. Penganjur berhak untuk mengecualikan dan / atau membatalkan penyertaan Peserta yang tidak termasuk dalam kategori Peserta dan / atau yang melanggar Terma dan Syarat Peraduan.
3. Peraduan ini akan bermula 1 Oktober 2020 sehingga 30 November 2020 jam 11.59pm (Waktu Malaysia). Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk meminda tempoh peraduan, mekanisma peraduan dan hadiah pada bila-bila masa. Semua penyertaan yang diterima di luar tempoh peraduan akan hilang kelayakan.
4. Setiap penyertaan perlu disertakan dengan satu Bukti Pembelian yang dibuat dalam Tempoh Peraduan di mana-mana pasar raya yang mengambil bahagian. Peserta boleh menghantar lebih dari SATU (1) penyertaan. Setiap SATU (1) Bukti Pembelian hanya boleh digunakan sekali sahaja. Penyertaan Peraduan akan dibatalkan jika Bukti Pembelian yang sama digunakan lebih dari SATU (1) kali.
Penyertaan boleh dihantar melalui cara berikut:

I. Setiap penyertaan yang lengkap hendaklah mengandungi maklumat yang berikut:
1. Lengkapkan maklumat: Nama penuh, nombor MyKad, Nombor Telefon, Negeri & Nama Pasar raya di e-borang.
2. Ambil gambar Bukti Pembelian dengan jelas dan simpan Bukti Pembelian tersebut;
3. Hantarkan gambar Bukti Pembelian bersama maklumat penyertaan yang lengkap di e-borang. Tekan butang ‘Hantar’ untuk menghantar penyertaan anda.
5. Setiap peserta boleh mengemukakan lebih dari SATU penyertaan tetapi setiap resit (baru) mesti menunjukkan produk Mayora yang dibeli, iaitu jenama yang tersenarai: Kopiko coffee, Kopiko candy, Roma, Slai O Lai, Coffee Joy, Wonder Wheat, Choki Choki, Cal Cheese wafer, Sando wafer, Roma Wafello wafer, Danisa, Superstar, Tamarin Candy, Astor Wafer Roll, Teh Pucuk Harum, G-Quava, Cool Time bernilai RM10 dan ke atas
6. Hadiah & Penebusan
• Sejumlah dua ratus lima puluh enam (256) unit Hadiah Utama dan Hadiah Saguhati untuk dimenangi.
o Hadiah utama berjumlah dua (2) unit iaitu – satu (1) unit Perodua Axia untuk Semenanjung Malaysia dan satu (1) unit Perodua Axia untuk Sabah / Sarawak (tidak termasuk insuran, fi pendaftaran dan cukai jalan)
o Terdapat sejumlah dua ratus lima puluh empat (254) Hadiah Saguhati untuk dimenangi di sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan. Setiap pemenang hadiah saguhati akan berpeluang untuk memenangi satu (1) unit alat memasak Tefal atau perkakas dapur Tefal.
• Hadiah eksklusif: Sejumlah enam ribu seratus (6,100) unit Touch ‘n Go e-load pin untuk dimenangi di sepanjang tempoh peraduan. Hadiah eksklusif terhad kepada 7 Peruncit, iaitu - AEON, TF VALUE, TESCO, FAMILY STORE MELAKA, TUNAS MANJA GROUP, BATARAS GROUP SABAH dan FARLEY GROUP SARAWAK. Kuantiti E- Kredit Touch ‘n Go kepada Peruncit mungkin berbeza. Ia tertakluk kepada perbincangan antara pihak Penganjur dan Peruncit
7. Pemilihan Pemenang
• Pemenang peraduan akan dipilih mulai Dis 2020 – Jan 2021. Penganjur berhak untuk menangguhkan tarikh dan menukar tempat bagi menuntut Hadiah yang telah ditentukan sebelum penebusan Hadiah pada tarikh dan tempat yang lain yang akan dimaklumkan oleh Penganjur kepada pemenang sekiranya berlaku apa-apa keadaan yang di luar jangkaan.
Kriteria Pengadilan
• Sebagai sebahagian daripada proses pemilihan pemenang, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan nombor siri untuk setiap penyertaan yang diterima dan disetujui oleh Penganjur untuk menjadi penyertaan yang berjaya sepanjang Tempoh Promosi mengikut Pembelian Bukti yang diserahkan [masing-masing adalah "Penyertaan Layak" dan secara kolektif "Penyertaan Layak"]. Satu set nombor siri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan yang layak bermula dari nombor siri “1”.
• Hadiah Utama- Nombor siri yang diperuntukkan untuk setiap Penyertaan Layak akan ditabulasi dan dicampur sehingga memperolehi jumlah keseluruhan Penyertaan Layak ["Jumlah Penyertaan Layak "] dibahagi dengan Nombor (22). Dengan mengandaikan bahawa Jumlah Penyertaan yang Layak untuk peraduan adalah 5000, Penganjur akan menghitung dan memilih finalis ["Finalis"] untuk memenangi hadiah berdasarkan yang berikut:
• Pemilihan Finalis Hadiah Utama: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2 Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan menjadi 227.
• Hadiah Saguhati: Pemilihan dua ratus lima puluh empat [254] Finalis Hadiah Saguhati: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2. Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan menjadi 227. Peserta berikut dengan Penyertaan Layak yang mempunyai nombor siri berikut akan dipilih 227 *, 454 *, 681 *, 908, 1135 dan sebagainya. [* contoh pengiraan: 227, 227 + 227 = 454, 454 + 227 = 681].
• E-Kredit Touch ‘n Go Eksklusif- dari 7 rangkaian peruncit eksklusif, pemenang akan dipilih mengikut peruncit eksklusif yang mengambil bahagian seperti yang tertera di Klausa 6. Pemilihan finalis adalah: 5000 ÷ 22 = 227.2 Oleh kerana membahagi 5000 dengan 22 akan menghasilkan nombor dengan nilai perpuluhan, nombor 227.2 akan dibundarkan ke 227 (* Nombor siri yang berbeza akan diberikan untuk kriteria ini)
8. Pihak Penganjur akan menghubungi Peserta Terpilih melalui maklumat yang diterima semasa proses penghantaran penyertaan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh dua (2) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya notifikasi tidak dihantar atau lewat semasa penghantaran pos kepada pemenang.
9. Pihak Penganjur berhak di atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana Hadiah dengan nilai yang sama, pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik dan semua Hadiah diberikan secara "seperti yang sedia ada" dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, kredit dan barang atau baucer lain sebahagian atau sepenuhnya.
10. Dengan menyertai, Peserta bersetuju mematuhi peraturan (terma dan syarat) ini dan memahami bahawa keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Penggunaan hadiah yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga akan ditadbir oleh terma dan syarat pihak ketiga. Penganjur tidak akan memikul sebarang liabiliti berhubungan dengan hadiah yang diberikan oleh pihak ketiga.

Pemenang dan / atau ahli waris mereka akan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika terdapat sebarang liabiliti, kecelakaan, kecederaan, kerosakan, tuntutan atau kemalangan [termasuk kematian] akibat penyertaan mereka dalam Peraduan ini, semasa penebusan dan / atau penggunaan Hadiah dan bersetuju untuk melepaskan Penganjur dari sebarang liabiliti.

Pihak Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengkaji semula dan mengubah proses pemilihan Pemenang yang terkandung di sini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu, jika diperlukan. Keputusan hakim adalah muktamad berkenaan dengan mana-mana aspek Peraduan, termasuk tanpa batasan, pembatalan pemenang dan tidak ada surat-menyurat selepas itu akan dilayan.
13. Dengan menyertai, semua Peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka. Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama dan / atau gambar pemenang untuk tujuan publisiti dan pengiklanan tanpa pampasan dan notis selanjutnya. Notis Data Peribadi ini menggambarkan Premium United Foods komited untuk mengekalkan kerahsiaan, keselamatan dan integriti data peribadi yang dibekalkan oleh Peserta selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ("PDPA"). Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk mengubahsuai, menggantung atau membatalkan Peraduan ini sekiranya ia tidak dapat berjalan seperti yang dirancang, gangguan teknikal atau rosak, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada jangkitan oleh virus komputer, pepijat, gangguan, campur tangan yang tidak dibenarkan, penipuan, kegagalan teknikal, atau sebarang sebab lain di luar kawalan Penganjur.
15. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk membatalkan penyertaan mana-mana peserta yang secara munasabahnya disyaki telah melanggar mana-mana terma dan syarat umum ini. Pihak Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap mana-mana individu yang dipercayai telah melakukan aktiviti penipuan atau aktiviti-aktiviti lain yang menjejaskan perjalanan Peraduan ini.

17. Sekiranya terdapat terma-terma dan syarat-syarat yang bercanggah atau tidak konsisten antara versi Bahasa Melayu dan versi Bahasa Inggeris, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan sebagai rujukan rasmi.
18. Sekiranya terdapat terma dan syarat yang bercanggah atau tidak konsisten di antara media cetak dan versi atas talian, maka versi atas talian www.peraduanpuf.com.my/peraduanbelibanyak akan digunakan sebagai rujukan rasmi.
19. Peserta adalah dinasihatkan untuk melayari laman web peraduan rasmi Penganjur di www.peraduanpuf.com.my/peraduanbelibanyak dari semasa ke semasa untuk memastikan Peserta mengetahui sebarang kemas kini dan perubahan yang dibuat.
